We are looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead to join our platform team. We pay great attention to thorough market research and continuous development of our technological infrastructure. Join our dynamic team of over 150+ professionals and contribute to our pursuit of precision and excellence. You will:

• Manage and resolve technical debt.
• Design and improve architecture to meet business needs.
• Research and analyze new technical solutions, libraries, and tools.
• Keep the tech stack up to date.
• Manage the schedule and frequency of releases, and configure the release cycle.
• Participate in code reviews.

Skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, including at least 1 year as a tech lead or team lead.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, React, WebSocket, and Node.js.
• Experience in real-time application design.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization APIs and libraries (WebGL, Canvas, PixiJS) is nice to have.
• Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, hedge funds, exchanges, or related areas is nice to have.
