About the Role:

Hello! I am the Personal Assistant to a business owner and entrepreneur, and I'm on the lookout for a fantastic Junior Assistant to help me. This is a permanent, remote position (although running errands within Moscow might be needed), that involves handling a variety of interesting, and ever-changing tasks. If you have previous experience in a similar role, that's a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Arrangements: Finding the best flight options in record time
• Restaurant Reservations: Booking tables at the top restaurants around the globe
• Research: Conducting research to help the boss make smart decisions
• Vendor Management: Finding the best vendors for everything from book printing to video content creation
• Local Errands in Moscow: Occasionally running errands in Moscow. Driving a car is a big advantage.

Additionally, you'll help with:

• Family Support: Managing documents, transfers, and purchases
• Holiday Greetings: Finding & sending presents to friends/partners
• Travel Planning: Organizing smart (ever-changing!) trip logistics
• Household Administration: Tackling everyday household issues and finding home staff
• Visa and Document Management: Preparing documents for visa applications

What We re Looking For:

• Detail Detective: Your keen eye for detail is second to none
• Tech Savvy: You re comfortable with modern technology and tools. Familiarity with AI is a plus
• Eager Learner: You're always looking to learn and improve
• Responsible: You take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
• Fluent in Russian & English: You can write a letter to the American embassy or call a London shop with ease. Additional languages are a plus
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, capable of creating impressive presentations. Typing proficiency is a bonus
• Tech-Savvy: Own a smartphone and be comfortable with the latest tech
