We're looking for a responsible and proactive Team Lead in Influence Marketing to join Adxstars . As a Team Lead, your primary role is manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet their objectives. You'll delegate tasks to team members, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when. Quality checks on marketing materials are essential. Additionally, you'll analyze monthly progress to identify any issues that arise, collaborating with managers to address and resolve them efficiently. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of marketing projects within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage marketing projects from beginning to end, making sure deadlines are met and goals are accomplished;
- Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring each member understands their responsibilities and deadlines;
- Conduct quality checks on all marketing materials (media plans) to ensure accuracy;
- Analyze monthly plan completion, identify issues, and collaborate with managers to solve them.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in influence marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year;
- Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and motivate team members to achieve goals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong spoken English for effective team communication.
