Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for optimal positioning and growth.
  • Identify new markets and achieve target sales, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate leads by finding new clients and partners, closing deals, and attracting new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in sales and negotiations , especially for large and strategically important deals.
  • Seek new business opportunities for company growth, evaluating and analyzing potential markets, products, and services.
  • Monitor and analyze business initiatives , market dynamics, and trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to integrate all aspects of the business.
  • Report on activities and analytics to senior management, informing on strategy implementation and KPI achievement.

Requirements :

  • Higher education in business, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Professional negotiation skills and the ability to establish relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies.
