Responsibilities:
Develop and update various types of technical documentation, including user and administrator manuals, reference materials, installation instructions, technical specifications, and internal documentation.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible to end users.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical requirements and product functionality.
Conduct research and analysis to write accurate and detailed documentation.
Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Organize and structure documentation repositories.
Provide version control and track changes to documentation.
Collect and analyze user feedback to improve documentation quality.
Assist in the translation and localization of documentation for different regions.
Publication of ready-made materials on the company's resources.
Record all activities, collect documentation updates, and track process stages in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Russian at C1 level or higher.
At least 3 years of experience in writing and editing technical documentation.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to write clear, precise, and easily understandable texts for different audiences.
Understanding of technical terminology and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Experience with localization and translation projects for documentation.
