Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our global sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our products to new markets, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing our brand's reputation globally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, focusing 100% of your time on deal closure and lead development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Transfer closed deals to the account management team while ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Develop and implement new sales approaches, including data-driven strategies and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide continuous feedback from prospects to our marketing and product teams to refine our offerings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and the specifics of different regional markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in new business generation, SME, and Enterprise Inside Sales, including self-generated outbound leads.
  • Strong experience in the SaaS market or Enterprise Software, particularly within the EU market.
  • Excellent online presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Fluent English speaker; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably in the enterprise software sector.
