- Working in chat with clients, providing prompt support for incoming requests
- Primary diagnostics of application failures and user accounts
- Interaction with the 2nd support line on issues requiring escalation
Requirements:
- Nepali language level not lower than B2 or be a native speaker
- English level not lower than pre-intermediate
- High typing speed
- Good communication skills
- Experience in user support
- Ability to make decisions under increased stress.
Conditions:
