Magnetto.pro is a tech-driven digital agency and the largest seller of the Telegram Ads advertising platform. We were the first to launch advertising on Telegram and have developed our own MarTech solutions: the analytics and ad campaign management system for Telegram Ads Adstat.pro, and the Gravity Ads plugin, which extends the capabilities of the official dashboard. We specialize in effective advertising solutions for companies in various business sectors, not only on Telegram but also across the entire Performance Marketing spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with clients to promote their projects on Telegram and other platforms.
• Consulting and collaborating with partners on digital marketing matters.
• Conducting negotiations, agreeing on promotion goals and conditions, and preparing commercial proposals.
• Organizing the project launch process with related departments (contract signing, payment, media planning, handover to account managers).
• Tracking progress through the business pipeline.
• Seeking new partnerships.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development management (BDM) or account management in digital projects.
• Basic understanding of online marketing and key principles of digital user/client acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency markets .
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher .
