Hungry Minds is seeking a creative and strategic Performance Digital Manager to join our dynamic team. If you excel in fast-paced environments, have a strong background in media planning, buying, and digital marketing, and can drive impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you! In this role, you ll lead our digital efforts, optimizing our brand s presence and performance across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute 360-degree media plans that align with business goals and maximize ROI.

  2. Media Buying & Campaign Management: Oversee media buying across multiple platforms and manage vendor relationships to optimize campaign execution.

  3. Audience Insights & Data Analysis: Analyze audience data and campaign performance metrics to inform and optimize targeting strategies.

  4. Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and financial accountability.

  5. Document Templates & Best Practices: Create and maintain media plan templates and documentation aligned with industry standards.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaign alignment and integration.

  7. Market & Seasonal Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the U.S. market, seasonal trends, and Amazon's platform for campaign success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with agency and e-commerce experience.
  • International Experience: Prefer experience in U.S.-based foreign agencies and companies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in media planning tools, audience data platforms, and Amazon's advertising system.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to generate actionable insights from performance marketing metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Networking: Established industry connections to access exclusive data and systems.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Amazon Advertising).
  • Multichannel Experience: Proven experience with integrated PR, BTL, and digital campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments.
