About Talent Sourcing (Executive Research)

  • Sourcers are critical to the success of Recruitment Assignments. Sourcers assist our recruiters by scouring the Internet like a detective to find the best candidates for open jobs. Our sourcers enable the recruiters they support to spend more time with candidates and hiring managers, and thereby make more and higher-quality placements. You will help your colleagues be successful by identifying great candidates for their companies and help the candidates to grow professionally, support themselves, and provide for their families. As an sourcer, you will gain exposure to international business and develop valuable research skills
  • Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we d like to meet you

Position Description

  • Understand your client s company, their recruiting needs, and the work style and candidate preferences of the consultant you support
  • Work with consultant to fully understand job order requirements and the characteristics of an ideal candidate
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques where you can find candidate profiles throughout the Internet
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, HH.ru, Local search engines, other)
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Coordinate with consultants to determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, external software tools).Use paid and free tools to find candidates contact information
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Maintain candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Prepare Candidate Submittal Reports

Experience:

No previous recruitment experience is mandatory

Strong advantage criteria:

  • Education in the economics/business area or IT/Math (or other non humanitarian disciplines) with a leading institution
  • Previously completed IT recruitment (or other recruitment) courses
  • Intermediate+ level of English
  • Experience with IT/Tech/Digital industries

For the candidates coming with previous recruitment background

  • Experience in a similar role (executive search researcher, junior researcher on the agency side or junior recruitment profile on the client side)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
