GP Travel Enterprise is a cloud-based tour operator solution designed for travel service suppliers, online payment service providers and businesses in the hospitality industry. Features include accommodation booking, a central reservation system, payment processing, itinerary creation and more.

Location: we consider candidates living in time zone GMT+6 GMT+11 only.

Employment: Self-employment/B2B Contract.

Full-time, remote (8 hours/day). Working from home equipment is needed.

Hard-Skills:

  • 0.5+ years of commercial experience as a manual QA specialist;
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
  • Negotiation and written/verbal communication skills in both English (Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate) and Russian.

Desirable:

  • Experience in software implementation, customer success and/or account servicing;
  • Linux user;
  • Technical background (API testing, MySQL, JS etc);
  • Travel or software related industry experience.

Soft-Skills:

  • Attention to details, responsible, proactive, stress-stable, positive thinking person;
  • Empathetic to final customer needs;
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage one's own workload with a high level of responsibility for success.
Your responsibilities would include:
  • Performing functional and UX testing of Java & Vue based multi-module web applications (including mobile versions) with complex structure and business logic;

  • Performing integration testing via API (XML/JSON);

  • Collecting and analyzing logs;

  • Reproducing/registering bugs;

  • Performing user acceptance testing;

  • Working closely with the Development teams aligned with deliveries schedule;

  • Providing technical support for customers and business partners;

  • Coordination of system updates on customer testing and production servers;

  • Smoke testing after hot fixes or new version releases.

Hiring process (online) takes 1-4 week and includes:

  • Test (remotely) English
  • HR Interview (1h, online Russian/English)
  • Interview with PMO (1h online Russian)
