We are looking for a Payroll and HR Coordinator who will be responsible for managing employee payroll cycles, handling all payment documents, and updating employee information in the HRIS system. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for external vendors and assist our Talent team in coordinating and automating daily operational tasks.

Terms:

• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
• We are diverse our digital nomads work remotely from 20 different countries
• Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs, marriage leave and extra-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
• Remote-first approach you can work from anywhere
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
