Personal / Business assistant to VC Professional (remote / Israel)

Hello! I m Anastasia Larionova, an Investment Associate at FinSight Ventures, specializing in early-stage IT startups. I m seeking a strong personal assistant with excellent English skills to support my dynamic and fast-paced lifestyle.

About Me:

  • Background: Over 10 years in analytics, strategy, investments, and entrepreneurship. Founded a women s clothing brand, NAAN @naan store.

  • Experience: Worked in a corporate venture fund (machinery & cargo logistics), investing in tech startups, mentor for early-stage startups, and a lecturer on finance and personal investment.

  • Education: Master s degree in Economics and Finance from ICEF at the Higher School of Economics.

  • Current Location: Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, with frequent travel in Europe.

What I m Looking For:

An organized, proactive, and detail-oriented assistant who can manage my daily schedule, coordinate travel, handle correspondence, and support various mostly personal tasks. If you have a passion for technology, art, and finance, and are ready to thrive in a dynamic environment, I d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages (higher than B2 level). Basic knowledge of Hebrew is nice to have, but not required.

  • Proficiency in MS 365, Notion, Gdocs, Miro ( or readiness to learn fast how to use).

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Punctuality (= meeting deadlines)

  • Can-do attitude (= readiness to google / GPT if you don't know)

  • The ability to find the necessary thing / person even underground.

  • Conflict resolution skills, consensus building, and managing expectations.

  • Structured approach.

  • Experience in creating presentations.

  • Experience in finding contractors, briefing and supervising them.

  • You are active with a desire to achieve, learn, and execute.

  • Higher education would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

The mix of tasks is very diverse. You will need to search for information, make travel arrangements, and help me organize personal and professional life: 80% personal / 20% business tasks.

  • Research tasks: you should love research.

    • Conduct research on specific topics (e.g., products, new vendors, travel destinations).

    • Compile findings into a concise report.

  • Assistance in organizing and planning my time & Calendar Management:

    • Schedule and confirm appointments.

    • Organize meetings and ensure all participants are informed.

    • Adjust schedule as needed based on priority changes.

  • Dealing with personal correspondence

  • Preparation of tables, documents, reports, presentations, and knowledge base management.

    • You should love analyzing & synthesizing information. I have a personal knowledge base. I need you to keep it in order update information & add if necessary.

  • Travel Arrangements:

    • Book flights, hotels, and car services.

    • Prepare and provide itineraries.

    • Ensure all travel documents are in order.

  • Task and Project Management:

    • Track daily to-do list and ensure tasks are completed on time.

    • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure progress.

  • Personal assignments & Inventory management:

    • Handle online grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other errands.

    • Coordinate with other household staff as needed.

    • Review and order personal items that are running low. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

    • Work with courier services and deliveries

  • Event Planning:

    • Coordinate and plan any upcoming events (e.g., business dinners, personal celebrations).

    • Handle invitations, RSVPs, and vendor coordination.

  • Special Projects:

    • Assist with ad-hoc projects as they arise, providing research, coord ination, or logistical support.

Conditions:

  • Salary 400-500 USD 40000 50000 RUB depends on experience & interview

  • Part-time, you can combine it with your studies & freelance job, but not at the expense of tasks, we expect professional excellence.

  • Remote work, time zone GMT+2 (Israel Moscow)
