REMOTE WORK.

We are looking for a Country Head for a top international affiliate program in LatAm. Comfortable FIX and worthy bonus.

You need to work on tasks below:

Organizing and managing a team of affiliate managers:
- sourcing candidates;
- Conducting interviews;
- onboarding of new managers;
- Setting tasks and controlling the efficiency of managers;

Marketing and development strategies in the region:
- searching for sources for purchasing advertising of the Affiliate Program;
- preparing advertising materials and submitting them for placement;
- evaluating the results of advertising campaigns and preparing reports;
- organization of processing and distribution of incoming traffic from campaigns;
- scaling up successful tests

You are our candidate if you:

• Have similar experience with iGaming vertical from 3 years in LatAm region;
• Know the languages: English + Spanish or Portuguese;
• Understand traffic sources
• Managed a team of 10 people;
• Have experience in training and mentoring staff;

Conditions:

• Remote work;
• Working hours: 5/2 with an 8-hour working day 10.00 to 19.00, days off - Sat./Sun.;
