X-Cart team is growing, and we re looking for a Head of Marketing ! Our company has a really bold goal we want to make our product the most convenient and powerful tool for creating online stores in the automotive market! Our primary focus is on the automotive industry, and we're currently developing a new product that will directly compete with Shopify. Over the past year, we ve experienced significant growth, expanding our business by 4 times. We actively participate in major industry events, including the annual SEMA Show, and we have a strong network of partners across the United States.

As Head of Marketing , you will play a key role in helping our customers understand the full potential of X-Cart . You will guide them on how to use our platform for creating and maintaining successful businesses, ultimately helping them achieve financial success.

Responsibilities:

1. Adjust and execute the existing Go-To-Market strategy for our product;

2. Enable and scale performance marketing;

3. Improve content marketing and align it to GTM strategy;

4. Lead, motivate and grow the existing team;

5. Come up with a meaningful KPI set for the dept;

6. Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROMI and efficient CAC;

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of performance marketing experience;

2. You have a proven track record in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels;

3. You have a successful track record in B2B performance marketing (US market);

4. You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations;

5. Fluent English-speaker;

6. Strong advantage: if you have B2B eCommerce SaaS expertise;

7. Strong advantage: if you successfully created and implemented content marketing strategy(-ies);
