What does a successful candidate look like?:

Essential requirements:

• You must have a TKT / CET / CELTA / Trinity TESOL /SIT Tesol / TESL Canada / ACELS CELT / IHC, or equivalent initial teaching qualification.

• You must have a university degree in linguistics, teaching or philology (e.g. BA, BSc)

• Communicative Language Teaching

Duties:

• Teaching a variety of classes according to a communicative methodology ;

• Assigning HW on our educational platform online.bkc.ru;

• Conduct lessons through MS Teams;

• Keeping the retention of the groups high;

• Marking students' attendance in the registers;

• Treating your colleagues and students nicely;

• Managing classroom and maintaining classroom discipline, promoting positive behaviour and appropriate conduct at all times;

• Attending our free-of-charge workshops and seminars for your professional development;

• Taking part in observations and post-observation feedbacks to boost the quality of teaching;

Workload: Workhours: 16:00-22:00, minimum three weekdays . We can supply a stable workload at around 20-30 ach a week of teaching and more.
