Marketing Specialist

We are actively engaged with European markets and are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role requires strong skills in content creation, campaign management, and the use of modern automation tools and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Operational Tasks:

• Develop and implement the company s marketing strategy.
• Manage advertising campaigns and create promotional materials.
• Identify and segment the target audience, and develop communication strategies.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate a team of specialists, including target marketers, designers, SMM specialists, copywriters, and other internal or outsourced staff.

Content & Communication:

• Draft technical specifications (briefs) for email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create content plans for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Utilize marketing automation tools such as WhatsApp Master, LinkedIn Bot, and Indeed Bot to engage with potential clients and candidates.
• Leverage AI tools for optimizing marketing processes and data analysis.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and advertising campaigns.
• Optimize lead generation costs and enhance the company s brand awareness.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Prepare reports and analytics for management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, economics, management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to create content plans and draft briefs for email campaigns.
• Experience using marketing automation tools (WhatsApp Master, LinkedIn Bot, Indeed Bot, etc.).
• Experience in managing advertising campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and contextual/banner advertising.
• Knowledge of CPA, analytics, and the evaluation of marketing performance.
• Strong data analysis skills and decision-making based on metrics.
• Fluent in both Russian and English, additional languages (Dutch, German) as an advantage.
