We are currently seeking an Operational Director to join our leadership team. This role requires comprehensive expertise in operations management, process optimization, and a deep understanding of the European labor market.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily business processes, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
• Optimize resource allocation, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Manage the entire supply chain, ensuring smooth coordination between different departments.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while achieving operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with European labor regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy in the European market.
• Manage a team of sales and marketing specialists.
• Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with key clients and partners.
• Manage the budget and plan financial indicators.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of commercial processes and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, business, management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within operations management or a related field.
• Experience in the labor market and knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Successful experience working in an international environment is a plus.
• Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• High level of responsibility with a results-oriented mindset.

• Organizational and process management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
• Knowledge of performance metrics, operational systems, and resource planning will be considered a plus.
