ABOUT ME

I’m a finance executive with 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. For the last 12 years, I’ve been with a large construction company — since day one. I spent the first 6 years as Chief Accountant, building the entire financial and tax infrastructure from scratch, and the past 6 years I’ve been leading the finance department as CFO.

I manage a team of accountants, oversee budgeting, forecasting, tax optimization, and cash flow management. I lead financial strategy, implement automation, define tasks for developers, and ensure financial clarity and control across departments.

In parallel, I manage finance for a small IT company — also from scratch — including full accounting setup, reporting, and structuring. I’m passionate about modern finance: crypto, investment funds, AI tools, and data-driven business.

Additionally, I have hands-on experience with international payment systems (Payeer, PayPal, Capitalist) and understand their integration into business workflows. I’m well-versed in offshore structures for legal tax optimization and cross-border operations, and I can design effective financial flows for international teams and global business models.
