Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key clients
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
Developing account plans and strategies in collaboration with the sales team
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any account-related issues
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Requirements
Previous experience as a Account Manager or in a similar role
Good knowledge of CPaaS products, A2P messaging and SIP trunk
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts
Excell ent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
