We are searching for a proactive Country Manager to join our international team and work on the European market . The main idea is to work on the comprehensive development of the region and increase performance (KPI).

What you will do:

• Build a development strategy followed by its implementation together with the Head of department
• Control over the business development, systematic increase of basic metrics and profitability indicators (KPI)
• Monitor the market and competitors products, find opportunities for brand development, analyze trends and payment channels, and implement the best solutions to the product
• Participate in marketing campaigns with related departments from idea to realization
• Work on strategies to increase traffic and conversion in the region, media planning (management of projects and budgets)
• Control product quality on a daily basis, check the functionality of the site, notify promptly of errors, and monitor their fixing
• Work with freelancers: set tasks, monitor the implementation and payment process

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role in Europe
• Knowledge and experience in the field of gaming/esports
• Experience working with marketing strategies, traffic purchases, and payment systems. Knowledge of basic marketing metrics
• Knowledge of English: upper intermediate or higher. Knowledge of another language would be beneficial
• Confident possession of the PC, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Knowledge of business software such as Asana, Jira, Bitrix
