Now we're on the hunt for an awesome Customer Success Assistant to join our Performance Solutions & Special Projects !
What you ll do:
- Assistance in reporting: collecting stats&data, marketing activities evidence, preparing reports;
- Technical support: the creation of the links for tracking, helping partners with content integration into CMS;
- Searching for clients offers, and special activations;
- Support with benchmarks, briefs;
- Basic coordination support: publication of announcements and updates, sharing of the information with other departments;
- General Participation in calls with the clients, creating meeting notes during calls - sum-ups after the calls;
- Research on Google on request;
- Support with content creation;
- Databases, project statuses, and workflow updates;
- Support with internal coordination of activities for clients campaigns.
It s a perfect match if you have:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Especially PPT) is mandatory;
- Diligence and active approach;
- Proactiveness and willingness to learn;
- Well-organized and ready for multi-task;
- Ability to deal calmly with corrections;
- Attention to detail, high accuracy with figures, and ability to process lots of data on a regular basis.
Nice to have:
- Russian Native;
- Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Google Meets, and Miro will be an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of crypto.
