We are currently looking for a customer support. (fluent arabic)

Key responsibilities:

• Support of site users on all issues;

• Creating requests to related departments;

• Improving product knowledge and working in accordance with regulations.

Our expectations:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic;

• Experience in chatting/on calls with customers (the ability to communicate intelligently, listen to the needs and pain of customers is a true art that we value highly!);
