Crezu is a fintech company that develops innovative digital platforms to provide users with a fast and easy access to financial offers. With multiple projects going on, we have a large team working from all corners of the globe to put our vision into fruition. While our team operates entirely remotely, we also enjoy organizing in-person meetups whenever possible.

We value initiative and a proactive mindset. We're seeking a developer who takes accountability and ownership of their decisions and actions, communicates effectively with different teams, and offers solutions without waiting for instructions. Being able to assess tasks, manage time and resources, identify risks, and promptly propose improvements in this position is key.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SMM strategies for the international markets (Europe, Asia, Latin America);
  • Independently create content for social media posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar; collaborate closely with designers for more complex creative tasks;
  • Community management: set up automated responses, integrate chatbots;
  • Foster ongoing dialogue with the audience by working with comments, interacting with subscribers, and initiating discussions;
  • Continuously track and analyze key performance metrics such as audience growth, engagement, and activity, and subsequently refine content strategy based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SMM with proven results (candidates able to demonstrate case studies with data are preferred);
  • Ability to create content able to both conceptualize and execute ideas (including writing, visuals, and video content);
  • Ability to analyze key performance metrics; understanding of how audience growth and engagement contribute to overall performance;
  • Passion for staying on top of SMM trends, with a proactive approach to testing new strategies and experimenting;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Self-motivated and willing to take personal responsibility for results.
