Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager at MyFundedCapital, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for crafting engaging and innovative content, including motion videos, maintaining a cohesive visual identity, and implementing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategy : Craft and execute a creative social media strategy to enhance MyFundedCapital s online presence across multiple platforms.
• Content Creation : Design and produce visually compelling content, including motion videos, graphics, and images that resonate with our target audience.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure a consistent and attractive visual identity across all social media channels.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content and strategy.
• Community Engagement : Actively engage with our online community, fostering discussions and responding to comments and messages.
• Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Content Scheduling : Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
• Influencer Partnerships : Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience : Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative social media content.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in creating motion videos and other visual content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Platform Expertise : Deep understanding of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design Skills : Strong visual design abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Creativity : Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life through social media.
• Tools and Analytics : Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external audiences.
• Independence : Capable of working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
