A Russian IT company, officially accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, is looking for Middle Backend Developer to join our team. We specialize in IT solutions for healthcare and medical imaging.

What we re looking for:

We expect our ideal candidate to have strong expertise in backend development and 3+ years of experience in the following areas:

- Proficiency in Java backend programming, including Spring frameworks, JPA, Hibernate/JOOQ, and multithreading
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (SQL, PL/pgSQL)
- Experience with OpenAPI
- Familiarity with one or more message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ-Artemis)
- Intermediate English proficiency (able to communicate and understand technical documentation)

Optional skills that would be a plus:

- Knowledge of the healthcare domain, including DICOM and HL7 interoperability standards
- Experience with testing tools such as Junit, Mockito, Testcontainers, AssertJ
- Experience with caching solutions like Redis or Hazelcast
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK and Prometheus
- Practical knowledge of containerization tools like Kubernetes/k3s

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend software applications in the healthcare domain, using Java Spring framework
