Hello everyone!

My name is Nadya, and I'm an HR BP at Mira Search (recruitment agency). Currently, we are looking for a skilled and independent recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle, with a specific focus on sourcing talent for the crypto industry.

Our agency recruits specialists across various industries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements.
• Utilize various channels and platforms to identify candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process (up to job offer and onboarding).
• Keep candidate information updated in our internal HR systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (conversational level).
• Experience in recruitment, will be nice if you have a background in the crypto industry.

Conditions:

• Salary + monthly bonuses for successful placements (paid in USD).
• Fully remote work.
