Your key responsibilities :

• Develop strategic approaches to visa cases by analyzing clients' experiences
• Gather, analyze, and summarize information efficiently using Google and other search tools
• Assess the consistency and integrity of clients' storylines and achievements
• Create compelling texts in English, including writing, rewriting, and editing
• Prepare documents and manage client cases efficiently
• Assist with operational tasks and information systematization

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT in a related analytical role
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to conduct independent research
• A systematic approach with keen attention to detail
• Strong copywriting skills, including writing, rewriting, and editing
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (Software Development, Product management, Operations, etc)
• Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT or similar AI tools to understand complex and unknown concepts
• Ability to think creatively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
