Job Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on lead generation and prospecting efforts to support the sales team in the eco-technology sector. This role is key to identifying potential clients for installations and advertising partnerships.BDR will also carry a quota and be responsible on closing small business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling loyalty programs and services.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve Monthly sales targets and report on performance metrics.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Lead Generation : Number of leads generated monthly.
  • Qualified Leads : Percentage of leads qualified for further sales engagement.
  • Meetings Scheduled : Number of meetings set with potential clients.

Follow-Up Rate : Percentage of follow-ups conducted post-initial contact.
