We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer extension and onboarding
• Maintain a strong employer brand reputation on social media and other online platforms
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT and management positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English C1 is a must
