Join our innovative company as a Media Buying Manager , where you'll drive growth through cutting-edge strategies and be at the forefront of transforming the financial industry!

Tasks:

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, pMax, Discovery) and Facebook Ads (Meta) to achieve target CPA and performance goals;
• Develop and implement strategies, including audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and bid management, to maximize ROI and ROAS;
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and prepare actionable reports for continuous improvement;
• Work closely with designers to develop and review ad creatives, including banners and videos;
• Analyze competitor strategies, identify trends, and manage retargeting and Lookalike audience campaigns to expand reach and improve LTV.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience in Media Buying;
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion optimization strategies;
• Proficiency in platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Facebook Ads;
• Native-level Russian and professional proficiency in English;
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
