Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:
Design, implement, and refine scalable sales processes from lead qualification to deal closure.
Establish and enforce sales best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
Sales Tools & Technology:
Manage, optimize, and customize the CRM system (AMO CRM) and other sales tools.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools to enhance team efficiency.
Provide ongoing training, support, and documentation for end-users on sales tools.
Performance Metrics & Analytics:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as Sales Cycle Length, Quota Attainment Rate, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Lead Response Time, Sales Rep Activity Metrics, Win rate, etc.
Generate actionable insights and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Collaboration & Support:
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and KAM teams to align operations and objectives.
Support management team with reports for planning and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales operations, or a related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
Familiarity with CRM software (AMO CRM or similar platforms).
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex data manipulation and visualization.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in the CET timezone.
