We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (L1) to assist with incident resolution, monitoring, and automation, ensuring reliable service operations.
Responsibilities:
System monitoring using VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Incident resolution and initial analysis of servers based on Linux O/S.
Basic network diagnostics.
Automation of routine processes.
Writing and updating technical documentation.
Interaction with development and infrastructure teams.
Incident resolution within SLA and escalation to appropriate teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in system administration or technical support (Linux, networks: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD processes.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to develop and articulate technical solutions.
Readiness to develop technical skills: interest in Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, AliCloud, etc.).
Ability to find a balance between the ideal solution and urgency.
English B1+.
Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid work environments.
Nice to have:
Experience with OpenVPN, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
Skills in automating tasks using scripts (Bash, Python), and writing Ansible playbooks.
Experience interacting with development teams.
