We are an international IT company with accreditation in Russia. We develop cutting-edge mobile applications that support communication, content creation, and networking on a global scale.
Currently we are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our team.
What you will do:
- Develop AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and enhance productivity
- Create agent AI architectures for autonomous decision-making, task delegation, and multi-agent collaboration using Agentic AI frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications like chatbots, copilots, automation tools, etc.
- Lead AI implementation processes, from prototyping through production deployment, including hands-on coding and system configuration
- Perform continuous research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies, exploring advancements in Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and NLP to drive innovation.
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML and cloud
- A proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong foundation with expertise in neural networks, optimization techniques and model evaluation
- Experience with LLMs, Transformer architectures
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and multi-agent systems for decision-making in dynamic environments. Knowledge of multimodal AI (integrating text, image, other data modalities into unified models)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details and present results effectively to business stakeholders.
