A company developing exceptional home devices with mining functionality is looking for a Business Development Manager . This role involves working in a new direction with a test product.

What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of launching the company s new product, from market research and positioning to go-to-market execution.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy, identifying key market opportunities and optimizing the sales funnel.
- Business trips in Russia
- Build and manage a multi-channel sales approach, leveraging both online and offline sales strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
- Identify, engage, and attract new partners, building relationships, and crafting tailored sales pitches.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, navigate complex deal structures, and drive agreements to successful closure.
Required experience and skill set
- Proven experience in B2B2C sales: strong background in sales to both businesses and consumers.
- Experience in online and offline client acquisition.
- Ability to understand and work with technical proposals. Will be a plus if you have pre-sale background experience.
- Fluent english in both speaking and writing.
- Proactive in solving problems and working with new products always taking initiative to solve challenges and work with new ideas.
- Creative approach to sales and business development. You always look for fresh and effective ways to grow the business.
- Willingness to international business trips to USA, China etc.
