We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in product and technology companies. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping organizational design, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership teams in building a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and company culture.
Drive initiatives in organizational design, coaching, and C&B, leveraging deep industry expertise and modern HR practices.
Work with leadership teams on workforce planning strategy, reducing key employee dependency risks and ensuring succession planning.
Support junior managers through coaching, helping them develop leadership competencies and effectively manage teams.
Regularly analyze salary benchmarks, assess compensation package competitiveness, and provide recommendations for adjustments. Consult on Total Rewards strategy and employee cost evaluation.
Effectively handle objections and resistance to change, ensuring smooth implementation of HR strategies.
Collaborate closely with tech teams, understanding their unique motivations and applying best management practices to enhance performance.
Utilize HR analytics, key metrics, and budgeting to support data-driven decision-making.
Work with cross-cultural teams to drive global HR strategies.
