Axiom Pro is a recruiting and outstaffing company. Our client, a U.S.-based full-service 3PL provider, is looking for a Data Specialist / Excel Expert to join their remote team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with Excel and large datasets, helping to optimize logistics and supply chain processes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets, performing complex data analysis and reporting
Create advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and automation scripts to streamline data processing
Generate custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-makers
Clean, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in integrating data from various sources (ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.) into structured reports

Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA, data visualization)
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation
Ability to handle and manipulate large datasets efficiently
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry (preferred, but not required)
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Google Sheets (a plus)
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills in English

Working Conditions
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (EST working hours)
Benefits: Holidays and days off can be discussed
Work Environment: English-speaking, fully remote position based on contract employment
