Axiom Pro is a recruiting and outstaffing company. Our client, a U.S.-based company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to join their remote team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Assist in streamlining and improving AR/AP workflows
Logistics experience is a plus but not required

Requirements
Experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or accounting
Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting)
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills in English
Knowledge of financial reconciliation and reporting
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (EST working hours)
