Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives. You ll be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive online subscriptions, fine-tune our branding, and establish foundations for future enterprise-level growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals ( 50k monthly within 12 months, scaling to 100k monthly within 24 months).

- Lead branding refinement, positioning the product effectively in our target markets.

- Optimise digital channels for lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.

- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends using Google Analytics and CRM tools.

- Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and user experience.

- Directly oversee and manage growth-related operations, making agile decisions based on data-driven insights.

Experience & Skills Required:

- 5+ years experience in SaaS marketing/sales, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.

- Proven success in driving rapid subscription growth and revenue increase.

- Experience with the growth of start-ups in the UK/EU market is a must.

- Deep expertise in digital marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).

- Strong hands-on skills in digital campaign execution, branding, messaging, and lead-gen funnels.

- Understanding of SaaS product cycles, including user testing, staging environments, and agile methodologies (will be considered an advantage).

- Exceptional analytical abilities, with a keen eye for optimising conversion and revenue metrics.
