Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data-driven performance marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
Manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Yandex, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, VK, Telegram including setup, optimization, and scaling.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, CTR, and CR.
Optimize the conversion funnel and customer journey based on data insights.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages and website. Ability to see improvements within CJM, web journey - and run experiments to increase C1,C2,C3
Leverage first-party and third-party data to improve targeting and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging advertising materials.
Automate reporting and bidding processes using scripts and BI tools.
Assess advertising budgets and reallocate resources for maximum ROI.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and implement new approaches and tools.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in Google Ads, Yandex, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Telegram and VK.
Deep understanding of auction algorithms, bidding strategies, and automated traffic acquisition.
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools , including Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica, and GTM.
Experience with data-driven attribution models and marketing analytics.
Successful B2B traffic acquisition cases will be a significant advantage.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) for managing international campaigns.
