We help our clients realise their main goals: to maximise profit, set up custom conditions, and acquire and retain clients effectively.

Currently More than 30 Forex companies upgraded their business with UpTrader and 1,5 million traders use our solutions. We work with countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and we have clients in Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

Overview:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry expertise in the capital markets or fintech, a proven track record of successful sales leadership, and the ability to lead a team to achieve success in a competitive and fast-paced environment..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring progress.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in TOP Fintech exhibitions around the world.
  • Search for and attract new clients, close successful deals.
  • Regular market monitoring, competitor analysis and identification of growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or B2B sector.
  • Be a fluent Russian and English speaker. Knowledge of a third language will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products, market trends, and customer needs within the financial services sector.
  • Highly disciplined and responsible.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
  • Experience in lead generation via Email / LinkedIn in the international market.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in business events.
