We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnership Manager to join our marketing team, based in our London (Canary Wharf) office.
This role offers the opportunity to join a hyper-growth business, driving growth through managing affiliates and partner relationships and optimising the affiliate marketing program. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take ownership of our central partner strategy, nurturing your affiliate network and driving performance to support brand objectives. The role is well suited to a someone with previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:Identifying and acquiring new gambling operators for a new affiliate platform;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners;
Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and facilitating solutions;
Developing, executing, and optimising the partner strategy to maximise revenue opportunities;
Managing the day-to-day operations of our partner strategy;
Tracking, analysing, and reporting on partner performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs;
Using data-driven insights to optimise partner campaigns, improving conversion rates and overall program performance;
Implementing and testing new marketing strategies, promotional materials, and commission structures to drive growth;
Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market;
Ensuring all partner activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, with a strong focus on responsible gambling;
Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to affiliate fraud and unethical practices;
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives;
Coordinating with the creative team to develop engaging and effective promotional content for our partners;
Conducting regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies;
Providing insights and recommendations to improve the affiliate program and explore new growth opportunities.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the gambling industry;
Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving significant revenue growth;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and affiliate marketing tools;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling practices.
