We re looking for an HR professional to support a small but dynamic product-focused fintech company with a fully remote team of around 50 people. The company values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration, fostering a culture where processes support people, not the other way around.

This role is posted on behalf of our partner team, and we re helping them find the right person to strengthen their HR function. If you enjoy working in a distributed team, shaping HR processes with a human touch, and being a trusted partner to both leadership and employees, this could be a great fit!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Smooth Onboarding Experience help new hires feel like part of the team from day one.
  • Seamless Offboarding Process conduct exit interviews and use feedback to improve operations.
  • HR Compliance & Documentation maintain employment records in line with legal requirements.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition collaborate with hiring managers to find and attract top talent.
  • Building a Positive Work Environment organize team-building activities and employee surveys.
  • 1:1 Employee Engagement hold meetings to assess well-being and boost motivation.
  • Performance & Salary Reviews oversee evaluations to ensure fair and transparent processes.
  • Training & Professional Growth develop learning programs to help employees excel.
  • Leading HR Initiatives drive key HR projects and align them with company goals.

Who We re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience as an HR BP, Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiter, ideally in an international product IT company (Fintech, Edtech, etc.) with a distributed team. Relevant experience in a similar environment is also welcome.

  • Strong HR documentation knowledge confidence in this area matters more than perfection.

  • English B2+ for smooth communication in a global team (if you're close, that works too).

  • Understanding of HR practices & industry challenges a solid foundation is key, and deep expertise is a plus.

  • Great communication & organizational skills we value the ability to collaborate effectively.

  • Proactive team player who takes initiative.

  • Problem-solving mindset resourceful and skilled at finding solutions through research and networking.

Bonus Points for:

  • A university degree in HR or Psychology.
  • Proficiency in Confluence Stack.
