MIRA Search is looking for Recruiter/HR to a fast-growing startup! We re looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter/HR to help us build outstanding teams across multiple projects.
This is a key role with a strong focus on end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding. You ll also help with select HR tasks, but recruiting will take up 80 90% of your time. You ll work directly with the CEO and have real impact on the company s growth.
What you ll do:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, making offers, and onboarding.
Work across multiple roles at once tech, product, support, and more.
Build a high-quality pipeline through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, other platforms).
Maintain and update candidate databases and track progress.
Support hiring managers with job descriptions and interview planning.
Occasionally assist with HR operations: maintaining basic employee records, helping with docs and schedules.
What we expect:
1+ year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Experience in fast-paced environments (startups are a big plus).
Solid sourcing skills and love for hunting great talent.
Good understanding of hiring pipelines and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc).
Russian + English fluency (you ll work in both languages).
Ability to work on a 6/1 schedule , following Dubai timezone (GMT+4).
Great communication, organization, and a sense of urgency.
