Senior Trading Specialist Risk & Product Development

Your Role : As our Senior Trading Specialist, you ll lead our risk management strategies and product development initiatives. You ll leverage your expertise to optimize trading performance, manage liquidity relationships, and ensure robust risk oversight across our digital asset and CFD trading platforms.

What You ll Do :

Strategic Risk Management: Develop and implement sophisticated risk management frameworks to proactively identify, measure, and mitigate FX and CFD trading risks.

Innovation & Development: Collaborate closely with our tech teams to continuously enhance our proprietary trading systems, risk management tools, and aggregation infrastructure.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and proactively manage potential risk events.

Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial market conditions, identifying trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Hedging Strategies Implementation: Execute and manage hedging strategies defined by senior management to minimize risk and maximize operational effectiveness.

Operational Excellence: Ensure timely completion of all daily operational tasks, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our trading activities for every shift.

Platform Reliability: Monitor and guarantee the smooth, accurate operation of the company s trading systems and platforms.

Hedging Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed investigations and analyses of hedging costs to optimize cost-effectiveness and financial performance.

Your Skills :

4+ years of professional experience in FX/CFD brokerage, risk management, or trading operations.

Deep understanding of liquidity management, digital assets, CFDs, and proficiency in MT4/MT5 platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or Python is a plus.

Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points :

CFA, FRM certification, or similar professional qualifications.

Prior experience in a fintech or fast-growth brokerage environment.
