We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• Take over communication with current publishers
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new publishers and traffic sources
• Manage communication with traffic partners
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate to our Accounting and Business Development Teams
• Launch new products and new geo campaigns
• Manage test launches, including end-to-end campaign communication, setup, optimization, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar role
• At least 2 years in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
• Strong understanding of mobile performance marketing, traffic sources, attribution models, and partner ecosystem
• Knowledge of market trends, verticals, and GEO-specific insights
• Experience working with CTV campaigns, Big PIDs, and high-quality CTA traffic sources, including implementing measures to reduce fraud and optimize performance
• Experience in analyzing market trends, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable revenue growth
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer mostly, Adjust
