About Choco Arabica

Choco Arabica LLC is a trading company specializing in importing and distributing premium chocolate, dates, confectionery, and specialty food products from Dubai to the Russian market.

Our goal is to build one of Russia's leading online confectionery businesses through our website and the country's largest e-commerce marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales through the company website and leading marketplaces.
• Develop sales on Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, Magnit Market, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace advertising.
• Monitor pricing, competitors, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Increase brand visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth of FMCG and confectionery products across all online channels.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales.
• Experience working with Wildberries and Ozon is preferred.
• Previous experience in FMCG , food , or confectionery sales is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising, SEO, and promotional tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• English and Russian language proficiency.

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and managing all online sales channels of Choco Arabica. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across Russia's leading e-commerce platforms while continuously improving sales performance and customer experience.
