About Us

We are Koru Pharma , an international pharmaceutical company.

We work with healthcare professionals and develop international markets. Our Latin America team is growing, and we are looking for a new Business Development Manager. Today our team already includes professionals from Venezuela, Peru, and Chile.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop business in Latin America, including Brazil.

• Work with existing leads and potential clients.

• Prepare business proposals.

• Communicate and negotiate with customers.

• Build long-term business relationships.

• Participate in educational events and training programs for doctors.

• Travel to international exhibitions and business events (about once per month).

Requirements

• Native or Advanced Spanish/Portuguese speaker + Conversational English + Conversational Russian.

What We Offer

• Full-time position (Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM).

• Monthly salary: $3,000 before tax.

• Quarterly performance bonus: $3,000 $10,000.

• Expected annual income:

  • First year: approximately $40,000+ depending on performance.

  • Experienced employees can earn $50,000 $60,000 per year with bonuses.

• Government social insurance (15% employer contribution).

• Business trips to international exhibitions.

Relocation Support

The company provides:

• Flight ticket

• Work visa sponsorship.

• Full support with work permit documents.

• One month of housing compensation after arrival.

After the first month, accommodation is paid by the employee.
