We are an international company developing and scaling online projects across global markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager focused on the LATAM market to join our team and help us expand our affiliate network.

If you have hands-on experience with LATAM affiliates, a strong partner network, and a proven ability to build long-term business relationships, we would be happy to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to attract new affiliate partners;
• Identify target market segments and new growth opportunities in LATAM;
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new partners;
• Manage, develop, and expand existing affiliate partnerships;
• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure high-quality traffic;
• Monitor partner performance and analyze the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns;
• Prepare regular reports on partner performance and affiliate program results.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as an Affiliate Manager working with the LATAM market in the iGaming industry;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships;
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills;
• An established network of trusted affiliates capable of delivering high-quality traffic;
• English B2 or higher;
• Spanish required.
• Nice to Have
• Experience working with the betB2B platform;
• Established contacts within the LATAM affiliate community.
