We are looking for an experienced Affiliate (Media Buyer) to join our team and focus on the India and Pakistan markets . You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating traffic sources, managing media buying activities, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns to achieve strong business results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates, and adjust campaign strategies based on data.
• Develop media plans by selecting the most effective channels according to the target audience, product, and budget while balancing performance and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate advertising platforms, influencers, and bloggers by analyzing reach, engagement rate (ER), audience growth dynamics, identifying potential fake activity, and ensuring audience relevance to the brand.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, including ORД labeling requirements, ad identifiers, and brand safety standards.
• Communicate and negotiate with partners professionally, maintain agreed terms, and monitor compliance with campaign requirements such as formats, placements, and links.
• Apply strong analytical and systems thinking to understand the relationship between traffic, budgets, creatives, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing and/or media buying, preferably with a focus on India and/or Pakistan .
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing and performance metrics.
• Conversational English is required.
• Knowledge of local languages spoken in India and/or Pakistan is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in platforms and market conditions.
• High level of self-organization, proactivity, and stress resistance.
